A bonless is an oldschool trick and looks awesome if you can get them down. Also there are many variations of these like 180 f/s or b/s boneless, 360 boneless, ect.
Set up:
Your front foot is a few inches below the front bolts with only the toe of your shoe on the board and your back foot an inch or 2 befind the back bolts enough so you can take your front foot off and stay the same or roll your foot it on it's side and it pop up.
Start out with a little bit of speed not much, then take your back hand and grab onto the side of the board (bend your knees). While moving slide your front foot off of the board and slam it into the ground, roll your foot back so it pops and jump while holding on to the board( you need to be fast on that part). When you are in the air suck your front leg up and put it back on the board then push your legs down to land and roll away.
Problems(P) Solution(S)
1(P)I dont get enogh air if any. (S) Jump up higher.
2(P)The board won't pop. (S) Your foot is to close to the bolts.
3(P)THe board pops right when I take my foot of of the board. (S) Move your back foot closer to the back bolts.
