This trick is kinda like the varial kickflip but way more difficult! You have to do a kickflip while doing a frontside shove-it.
To start, put your feet like below:
Now pop a little and shove your feet like you're doing a backside shove-it. THe difficulty will be to flip the board. You have to flip it behind you.
When the board has turned about 60-90 degrees, roll your front foot towards the heel side of the nose. This should make the board flip.
If you see the griptape coming up, put your feet on the board. Land the trick and bend your knees.
